These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oranro platform, website, applications, and related services.Website, located at https://www.oranro.com.

By creating an account or using Oranro, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Oranro if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

What Oranro Is

Oranro is a financial intelligence and investment research platform.
We provide tools to help users:

  • Generate AI-assisted insights

Oranro is not:

  • A broker-dealer

  • An investment adviser

Nothing within Oranro constitutes:

Any valuation, score, ranking, forecast, simulation, challenge, research note, or AI-generated content is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
You remain solely responsible for your investment decisions.

No Trade Execution

Oranro never:

  • executes trades

  • places orders

  • recommends securities

  • manages assets

  • holds customer funds

If brokerage integrations are enabled, they exist only to import information that you authorize.

Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information

  • protecting your password

  • protecting your authentication device

  • all activity occurring under your account

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Eligibility

You may only use Oranro if:

  • you are legally permitted to create an account

  • you can enter into binding agreements

  • your use complies with applicable laws

Financial Connections

You may optionally connect financial institutions through trusted third-party providers.
Examples include:

  • Plaid

  • SnapTrade

These services operate independently.
Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Oranro is not responsible for:

  • outages

  • authentication failures

  • institution connectivity

  • incorrect data supplied by third parties

Market Data

Research information may originate from:

  • SEC filings

  • public company disclosures

  • licensed market data providers

  • financial APIs

  • company earnings releases

Although we strive for accuracy, information may be:

  • delayed

  • corrected

  • amended

  • restated

  • incomplete

  • unavailable

AI Features

Some platform features use artificial intelligence.
Examples include:

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content.

You grant Oranro a limited license solely to store, process, and display this information to provide platform functionality.
We do not claim ownership of your research.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer proprietary systems

  • upload malicious software

Availability

However, Oranro may experience:

  • provider outages

  • infrastructure failures

  • software defects

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Beta Features

Subscription Services

  • service interruptions

  • AI-generated errors

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oranro from claims arising from:

  • your violation of applicable law

  • your infringement of another party’s rights

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
